Here at Truffle we cater at a variety of wedding locations from stately homes to rustic village halls throughout Central Scotland. Our professional team of chefs are constantly innovating and creating new and unique menus to suit all tastes and desires for our Bridal parties to choose from. Together with our experienced and professional front of house staff and bespoke crockery and linen hire service we have everything covered for you and your wedding guests.
Regardless of your venue, we deliver a bespoke Truffle catering experience to compliment your wedding day vision. We are always delighted to offer our experience and knowledge to advise our couples the best way to make the most of their chosen venue to make the day run as smoothly as possible.

With over twenty years in the catering trade and five years of teaching people how to cook at the Nick Nairn cookschool I have a passion for food and showing people the tips and tricks of the trade. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing people enjoy themselves whilst creating something tasty to eat for friends and family. That is when we decided to create our ‘Dem Dine Experience’.
In the comfort of your own home with a group of friends your personal chef ‘Tristan’ will arrive and bring all the ingredients and any specialist equipment that you may need for your two course cooking demonstration and dining experience.
The evening starts with me pouring a glass of bubbles for you and your guests, followed by a talk through the chosen menu. Each person will receive a recipe pack with info and ideas on all the dishes that we will be cooking. We will discuss where to buy quality produce and what to look for in a suppliers. Questions are welcomed at any stage! We will then begin the cooking with everyone getting involved. Your chef will give each person a task and will take you through step by step what is needed to be done. Then its through to the dining room to enjoy the eating whilst your chef clears the kitchen and leaves you to enjoy your own dinner party and be left with a clean and tidy kitchen.
All that you need to supply is a kitchen, a dining table and some plates knives and forks. We can discuss your menu to suit your likes and to ensure that we cover some skills that you really want to perfect. Whether its knife skills or how to make the perfect light and fluffy potato gnocchi, the choice is yours!
